The conference venue, Le Baluchon, is a vast environmentally friendly estate located in the region of Mauricie, 150 km North-East of the city of Montréal.

The conference venue, Le Baluchon, is a vast environmentally friendly estate located in the region of Mauricie, 150 km North-East of the city of Montréal.
Accomodation:
All the participants will be hosted in a double occupancy room at Le Baluchon.
Some single occupancy rooms are available at an extra cost.
Three meals per day are included in the reservation, from dinner on Sunday June 30th to lunch on Thursday July 4th.

Weather:
At the end of June, the weather is usually warm during the day, 25 Celsius, and drops to 13 Celsius at night.
Beware, the region hosts mosquitoes! They are most active from the end of the afternoon, through the night, until early morning. Be prepared in order to enjoy nature!
